The Challenge
The homeowner wanted to transform a standard bathroom into a high-end, spa-like retreat while maintaining functional layout constraints. The existing space lacked visual impact, had outdated finishes, and did not reflect a cohesive luxury aesthetic. Our Approach
We designed a modern luxury bathroom centered around Calacatta-style porcelain surfaces, pairing them with matte black fixtures and warm brass accents to create contrast and depth. The layout was carefully optimized to include a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity, while maintaining flow and openness. Custom niches, statement lighting, and curated details were introduced to elevate both functionality and visual storytelling.
